Staff tracking can improve staff performance and standards of work.
eg: Lets say that you have a chain of retail stores or restaurants that are cleaned regularly by your staff. You receive a call saying that nobody showed up for a scheduled clean. You confront your employee and he says that he did go. Who do you believe? Likely, your member of staff did go to the job. Perhaps they were there for such a brief period of time that the work site manager didn’t see them.
